Exchange and Return
Here you have the guarantee of being able to exchange or return the purchased equipment if you regret the purchase.
To do so, it is necessary to Open a support ticket here within 7 (seven) calendar days to assess the situation and arrange the procedures for sending the product to Saevo.
Check the step-by-step instructions to request an exchange or return of any Saevo product:
You can return your product if the packaging is damaged, if it does not match the order placed in the Saevo online store, or if you decide to cancel the purchase;
Exchanges or returns must be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product;
The product must be in perfect condition: original packaging, without marks or signs of misuse and with all seals and labels intact;
If the product meets the above requirements, you must Open a support ticket here and agree on the procedures for returning the order to Dabi Atlante.
As soon as we have the product, we will analyze its condition and contact you within 3 business days;
If the analyzed product does not meet the established conditions, it will be sent back to you. If everything is correct, we will carry out the exchange or refund, according to your request.
